Description
| - Annual average cunsumtion of pigmeat per one person in the Czech Republic is above-average. Pigmeat consumtion was 40,9 kg per person in 2001. This consumtion of pigmeat hasn´t got variations in value. Significant differences were documented between the first experiment muscle fibre thickness - group I. between gender concerning musculus adjuctor, serratus ventralis, cleidocephalicus and MLLT, the second experiment concerning musculus adjuctor, cledocephalicus (PŁ0,05). It was detected that the highest muscle fiber thickness was in musculus cleidocephalicus in the group of female pigs, and in the group of male pigs in musculus semimembranosus. Signifikant differences were documented between the first experiment muscle fibre thickness-group II., betweengender concerning musculus semimembranosus, adjuctor and cleidocephalicus, the second experiment concerning cleidocephalicus and MLLT (PŁ0,05).
