Description
| - The aim of this paper is to introduce a new approach to be used for comparison of employees or organizational units on different hierarchical levels of project organizational structure. Compliance to the project organizational structure is covered by use of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Within the AHP, the com-parison is performed in order to derive reward coefficients for every organizational unit (on higher levels of the hierarchy) and for every specific role/employee (on lower levels of the hierarchy). These reward coefficients are used within the reward-ing system for calculation of the personal rewards, based on the overall profit of every specific project. The system is being developed by the authors of this contri-bution and it is called CRAMS (Clear Rewarding and Motivating System).
