Description	The paper deals with the analysis of the role of the credit financing in the Czech agriculture. The co-integration analysis is employed to evaluate the relation between agricultural loan and agricultural product. The analysis shows the relationship between loan market and agricultural output on the sector level. Then, the results are discussed with respect to the structure of the Czech agriculture. Finally, the importance of preferential loans is evaluated. The research was financed by the grant project 402/06/P364 by Czech Science Foundation (GACR).
