| - Sewerage services are one of the most important presumptions for a high-quality living of all inhabitants. The information and analyses on sewerage systems development are very important especially considering future development planning of regions. There are still some significant differences in sewerage systems between the regions. This paper sets a task to compare technical facilities /length of sewerage systems in km, number of sewerage connections/ and service factors /wastewater discharged into sewerage systems – sewerage water, treated water – sewerage water/ of sewerage systems in regions in the Czech Republic and to find the regions with the same features that means to set up a group of the regions with similar defined indicators. Cluster analysis has been used for there purposes. On the basis of cluster analysis the regions in the Czech Republic were divided into three main groups according to the similarity of technical facilities and service factors.
