  • The main objective of this article is to introduce a new concept of effort estimation method %22BORM Points%22 (BORMp), which is the result of the author´s research. This method belongs to the group of model based method and is concerned with effort estimation for projects developed in BORM method. Following the logic behind %22Use Case Points%22 (UCP), the accepted method effort estimation, BORMp eliminates certain of UCP disadvantages. The first part of the paper provides short introduction to the BORM method (Business and Object Relation Modeling). The second part introduces BORM Points and compares with %22Use Case Points%22.
