| - Within the context the integration of %22new countries%22 in the EU and in connention with integration of their agrarian sectors in the Common Agrarian Policy, a %22phenomenon%22 of direct payments and an effort for its reform are discussed and analyzed often on both the politic level and the agricultural practice last but not least. The contribution proposes to contribute in a discussion about problrems of direct payments in following problems areas: 1) Determination of role of direct payments in current subsidiary systems of CAP and a muse upon their existence or a future role which will influence directly also Czech agricultural producers 2) Supposed, estimated and real effects of a present form of apllication of a %22reformed%22 systems of direct payments(after 2003), meinly in Czech agriculture
