Description	Bylo studováno stanovení mycotoxinů v ječmeni a sladu metodou HPLC a kapilární elektroforézy. Výsledky obou metod byly srovnávány. (cs) Determination of trichothecenes by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been studied. Extractions of toxins from samples are necessary. The toxins must first be extracted with acetonitrile/water (84:16) andthen cleaned up on columns (MycoSep 225 Trich, Romer Labs, Austria) before chromatographic and electrophoretic separation and detection. An RP C18 column was used for the separation of mycotoxins with water-acetonitrile phase by HPLC. Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) was used for separation of mycotoxins and both method were compared.
