  • Cílem studie (2000-2002) bylo na základě polních pokusů s cíleně inokulovanými vhodně vytipovanými odrůdami ječmene sledovat změny obsahu DON v ječmeni a sladu a dále se zaměřit na vztah mezi obsahečm DON, gushingem a zněmou technologických parametrů sladu. (cs)
