Description	Variabilita, dědičnost a korelace obsahu vitamínu E a jeho isomerů byly sledovány v obilkách F2 generace jarního ječmene. Hladina a variabilita těchto esenciálních složek byla srovnávána s vybranými rodiči: donory zvýšeného obsahu dietetické vlákniny tzv. waxy odrůdy Wabet, Wanubet a Washonubet, později 2 isolinie KM 1057 a sladovnické pluchaté odrůdy Kompakt a Krona. (cs) The variability, heritability and correlations of the content of vitamin E and its isomers were studied in caryopses of the F2 generation of spring barley. The level and variability of these essential substances were compared with parental forms (parents) for which the following were selected: donors of the increased content of cereal dietary fibre, the so-called waxy varieties Wabet, Wanubet and Washonubet, the latter two were nudum forms the same as line KM 1057, and hulled varieties of malting barley, Kompakt and Krona.
