Description
  • “Targeted affection is possible the only with that what we can measure...” Electro Encephalo-Graphic Brain Biofeedback later the only EEG BF or Neurofeedback is a method that has been used for the training of astronauts and military pilots by NASA since the beginning of the sixties and seventies. Its principle involves targeted amplitude change in a chosen part of the EEG spectrum. The change of rise, due to gradual training in which the subject is informed about the current amplitude of individual filtered frequency ranges of the subject’s own EEG spectrum by means of a computer simulation and new self-regulation, and compensation patterns are gradually created in the form of abundant positive motivation (point score common with acoustic signalization of success to meet the required training parameters).
