Description
  • 'Targeted affection is possible only with what we can measure...' Electroencephalographic Biofeedback, referred as EEG BF or Neural-feedback, is a method that has been used for the training of astronauts and military pilots by NASA since the end of the 1960's. It measures targeted amplitude change in a chosen part of the EEG spectrum. The changes rise in response to gradual training in which the subject is informed of the current amplitude of individually filtered frequency ranges of the subject's own EEG spectrum by means of abundant motivating feedback (point score accompanied with acoustic signs when the training program indices are achieved) by computer stimulation. This feedback is in turn responsible for the development of new self-regulation and compensation patterns. Besides opportunities for objective attention and concentration enhancement, this method allows for the improvement of cognitive activities as well as dysfunctions and the client's desire for top achievement.
