Description	The training of the engineers assigned for the ISAF Headquarters was conducted at NATO Joint Warfare Centre Stavanger (JWC), Norway. The educational concept in this facility and the best experience gained while cooperating with those trainees became the inspiration for the author to produce this article. The educational concept cannot be transferred without any change. It is impossible to transfer for instance the Mission Rehearsal Exercise when partici-pants as virtual staff members solved the actual ISAF situation delayed by three months. But on the other hand, the proposals can avoid of the disadvantage in the gap between primary information lectures without immediate connection to the praxis. The proposed concept offers programmatic package of the activities on the relevant instructions ensuring the minimal tim-ing and factual gap between directive recognition and its exploitation.
