Description	Current desolate moles on the banks of Czech rivers may serve as transship points of military material. By support of Experimental close FVT0000404 „ Material Diagnostics of Special Constructions%22 was written a methodology of diagnose of river quay. This methodics was virtually tested by assessment of carrying capacity of the right river bank landing stage Labská in Děčín, the rightness of results was proved by reloading of freight weighing net 164 tons. The text of the article describes used methods of diagnostics of mole roads and the homogeneity of the road bed. There were established conditions for possibility of single transfer of load and proposed the way of the improving of landing stage for its regular usage. According to above mentioned methodology it is possible to assess the conditions for transfer of military material.
