According to accessible data determine in which way foreign peacekeeping missions affect these factors and support the economic security of host country.Foreign peacekeeping missions represent a very common topic in all kinds of media nowadays. Even though the history of these missions is quite long, this topic got its today’s attention due to terroristic attacks over the world and consequent dispatch of military units to the Middle East. Most of the attention of these missions aims to the military aspects of these missions, legitimacy of staying of military units in a territory of a foreign state and casualties that had to be sacrificed for these missions, both financial and human. This article aims to stress the fact that there are also other aspects of peacekeeping missions than only military, which are quite often overlooked.. These are the benefits of effects on the economic security of a host country. The objective of this article is to determine, whether and how military peacekeeping missions can enhance economic security of a country, and analyze and describe these effects. Every mission is very specific and the effects are very different in every case.
