Description
Mikrobiální společenstva byla frakcionována a poté inkubována v oblasti hráze a take přenesena do střední a přítokové části nádrže, charakteristické vyšším obsahem fosforu. (cs)
  • FISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) method was used to analyze bacterial prey composition directly in protistan food vacuoles in the freshwater reservoir. Natural microbial communities were subjected to size fractionation and either in situ incubation at a reservoir dam area or transfer to its phosphorus rich middle and riverine parts. Bacteria detected by probe HGC69a (Actinobacteria) were negatively selected by flagellates; across all treatments they contributed to only 0 - 5% among bacteria targeted by probe EUB338 in flagellate food vacuoles, while accounting for 10 to 43% of bacterioplankton prey available. Bacteria targeted by probe R-BT065 were also grazed less than available within the bacterioplankton. Bacteria detected by probe CF319a were initially positively selected while along with the shift in bacterial cell size, this trend changed to negative selection during the study course.
