  • V letní sezoně roku 1998 jsme měřili ve třech acidifikovaných šumavských jezerech primární produkci (PP, 14C) a bakteriální produkci (BP, 3H-thymidin). Nejvyšší produktivitu vykazovalo Plešné jezero (sezonní průměr Chla=14 µg/l), sezonní průměr PP byl 3,0 µgC/l/h nebo 290 mgC/čtvereční metr/den. V Plešném jez. (Chla=5,0 µg/l) a v Čertově jez. (Chla=1,8 µg/l) byla prim. produkce v sezonním průměru – v týchž jednotkách – 1,8 nebo 210, respektive 1,4 nebo 150. Průměrná BP vyjádřená jako inkorporace thymidinu byla v Plešném, Prášilském a Čertově jezeře 14,0, 3,1 respektive 6,3 pmol/l/h. Maxima PP i BP byla vždy v epilimniu (0,5-2 m). Exudace (extracelulární uvolňování fixovaného uhlíku) činila v Plešném, Prášilském a Čertově jezeře v průměru 11%, 17%, respektive 18% primární produkce, což mohlo v těchto jezerech pokrýt 55%, 100%, respektive 19% nároků bakterií (bez vláknitých forem) na uhlík. Plešné (Chla=14 µg/l) was most productive; seasonal average of total PP was 3.0 µgC/l/h or 290 mgC/square meter/day. In L. Prášilské (Chla=5.0 µg/l), average PP was 1.8 µgC/l/h or 210 mgC/sq.m/d, L. Čertovo (Chla=2.9 µg/l) had average PP 1.4 µgC/l/h or 150 mgC/sq.m/d. Average of BP expressed as thymidine incorporation was 14.0 pmol/l/h in Plešné L., in Prášilské and Čertovo L. it was 3.1 and 6.3 pmol/l/h.
