Description	We have observed the ratios of single fibre types in chosen kinds and varieties of grasses during the vegetation. We have evaluated different types of fibre - crude fibre (CF), neutral detergent fibre (NDF), acid detergent fibr (ADF) and lignine. We haveobserved organic matter digestibility (OMD) and relative feed value (RFV). We have analysed 13 kinds and varieties of grasses during 2000-2001. Grasses were cut in three terms in May. We have found out the changes among the vegetation stages. The conten t of CF, ADF, NDF and lignine increased during growth, while RFV and OMD decreased. The content of NDF grew up from 51 to 58%, ADF from 26 to 31% and lignin from 3 to 5%. We have found out considerable increase of lignine when crude fibre content was higher than 24,5%. OMD fell from 76-78% to 68%. We have also evaluated the RFV and the influence of Nitrogen fertilisers on the N-spectrum and their interaction with sacharides. (en) V průběhu vegetace v letech 2000-2001 jsme sledovali změny vlákninového spektra u vybraných druhů a odrůd trav Vedle obsahu hrubé vlákniny byl hodnocen obsah ADF, NDF a ligninu. Na píštělovaných kravách a in vitro byla hodnocena stravitelnost organické hmoty, relativní krmná hodnoty RFV a vliv N hnojiv na dusíkaté spektrum a na spektrum vlákniny. Při vzrůstu obsahu vlákniny a jejích složek klesala starvitelnost organické hmoty. při nárůstu obsahu vlákniny nad 24,5% vzrostl podíl NDF z 51 na 58%, ADF z 26 na 31% a ligninu ze 3 na 5%. Stravitelnost organické hmoty se snížila ze 78 na 68%.
