  • U samic raka říčního byla provedena řízená inkubace vajíček pomocí teploty vody podle CUKERZICE et al. (1978) a přirozená inkubace vajíček v přírodních podmínkách. Při řízené inkubaci vajíček byla zkrácena délka inkubace a bylo dosaženo dřívějšího líhnutí tzv. rychlených ráčat. Rychlená ráčata se vylíhla o 88 dní dříve než ráčata normálně vylíhnutá pocházející z přirozené inkubace vajíček. O těchto 88 dní měla rychlená ráčata prodloužený odchov v 1. vegetačním období. Při osamostatnění rychlených ráčat byla zjištěna statisticky nižší plodnost samic, které byly drženy v řízených podmínkách (47 ks # 25,0 ks ráčat ve II. vývojovém stádiu na samici) oproti plodnosti samic umístěných při inkubaci vajíček v přirozeném prostředí (90,1 ks # 46,88 ks ráčat ve II. vývojovém stádiu na samici). Po vylíhnutí rychlených a normálně vylíhnutých ráčat byly obě skupiny ráčat odchovávány ve stejných podmínkách. Při jejich odchovu byl sledován růst a přežívání ráčat. Rychlená ráčata vždy dosáhla v daném časovém obdo (cs)

Out-door incubation of eggs on pleopods of 15 females was followed out-door at ambient temperature in an earthen storage pond. With controlled incubation of eggs, the duration of incubation period was shortened and earlier hatching resulted in so-called advanced juveniles.
