Description
| - Small and medium enterprises (SME) play a main role in job creation and generally social stability and economic development of the South Bohemian region. However, their development may be limited by failure of the labor market, leading to these SME suffering with typical handicaps. Small and medium enterprises have often difficulties in attracting skilled human capital, resulting from a persistent unwillingness to take risks. Their limited resources may also restrict their access to information, new technologies and potential markets. In order to facilitate the development of economic activities of SME, this research should help in personnel process and setting the direction for SME.
