Description	Determination of partial sequences of 16 new isolates of PNRSV from the Czech Republic provided further information about variability of this virus. All sequenced isolates (46) formed 3 main phylogenetic groups. Interesting correlations were found between theses groups and modelled serological properties of movement and capsid proteins. Stability of hairpins in the intergenic region also correlated to the three phylogenetic groups.
