Description	Permanent grasslands stands associations (Stellario - Deschampsietum FREITAG 1957, the growth type Alopecuretum) were studied in the Lužnice meadows (South Bohemia) with rega rd to the growth composition harmonization under differentiated nutrition growth regeneration following cessation of fertilization. Furthermore, methodological questions of evaluating the type variety changes were addressed. Harmonious growth compositions are in these cenosis reached under application of dosages between 50 and reaching 100 kg of N.ha-1 (+PK). From the point of view of maintaining the legumes presence it is possible to apply the dosages in the upper half of this interval for a maximum period of two years. In cases where excessive development of Deschampsia caespitosa occures, the limitation of its coverage may be facilitated by eliminating Nitrogen.
