Description	The aim of this study was to estimate genetic, phenotypic and environmental trends of conformation and reproductive traits of Arctic foxes. 21212 Arctic foxes from three large farms were studied. The genetic trends were evaluated as a regression of estimated breeding values of all the analyzed traits on time. The breeding value of the animals was estimated using the BLUP method ? animal model. The objectification of the evaluation of conformation and coat quality traits, an increased interconnection between the evaluation of animals and pelts and establishing selection criteria concordant with the level of genetic conditioning of traits and also with their economic importance, may ensure an increased efficiency of the improvement of conformation traits in Arctic foxes.
