| - Two kinds of dicotyledonous plants (Sanguisorba officinalis and Plantago lanceolata) were added into a meadow hay for goats in amount of 10 %, during the period of years 2006 and 2007. Experimental animals were presented by the group of seven goats of brown shorthaired and white shorthaired breed. In the first and second duration of test, there was fed 6,25 kilograms of meadow hay and 6,25 kilograms of meadow hay with 10% aliquot of Sanguisorba officinalis. In the third and fourth duration of test, there was fed 6,25 kilograms of meadow hay and 6,25 kilograms of meadow hay with 10% aliquot of Plantago lanceolata. Remains of hay were weighted after 4 and 8 hours. The mean consumptin of meadow hay with 10% of Plantago lanceolata after 8 hours was taller by 44% than the mean consumption of the own meadow hay. - Dva druhy bylin (Sanguisorba officinalis a Plantago lanceolata) byly přidávány do lučního sena pro kozy v množství 10% během let 2006 a 2007. Experimentální zvířata tvořilo stádo 7 koz plemene hnědá krátkosrstá a bílá krátkosrstá. V prvním a druhém pokusném období bylo zkrmováno 6,25 kg lučního sena + 6,25 kg lučního sena s 10% přídavkem Sanguisorba officinalis na stádo 7 koz a den. Ve 3. a 4. pokusném období bylo zkrmováno 6,25 kg lučního sena + 6,25 kg lučního sena s přídavkem 10 % Plantago lanceolata. Zbytky sena byly váženy po 4 a 8 hodinách. Průměrná spotřeba lučního sena s 10% podílem Plantago lanceolata po 8 hodinách byla o 44% vyšší než spotřeba samotného lučního sena. Průměrná spotřeba lučního sena s 10% podílem Sanguisorba officinalis po 8 hodinách byla o 14 % vyšší než spotřeba samotného lučního sena, avšak průkazné zvýšení příjmu (o 33,1 %) se projevilo pouze v prvních 4 hodinách sledování.
