| - V letech 2004 a 2005 bylo vybráno 7 různých experimentálních lokalit v oblasti pohoří Šumavy mezi 450 a 900 metry. Tři farmy mají dojné krávy, 2 farmy chovají masný skot a 2 farmy mají kombinované stádo masného a dojného skotu. Během léta byl všechen dobytek pasen. Dojené krávy jsou dokrmovány jádrem a senem podle své mléčné produkce. V zimě byl dobytek na všech farmách krmen siláží. Byla sledována výtěžnost pastvin, botanická struktura trav, jetele a ostatních rostlin a kvalita živočišných produktů. Výtěžnost, botanické složení a chemické analýzy trávy a bylin byly měřeny v sedmi lokalitách o odlišné nadmořské výšce mezi 450 a 900 metry nad mořem. Připomínáme, že odhad živin na pastvině a výtěžek může dávat hodnotné informace, které mohou zlepšit pastvinové hospodaření. Pastva ovlivňuje statisticky nevýznamně nízký živinový obsah v trávě s bylinami, u nichž je nízká produkce kosení, obzvláště v oblasti kosení, pastvinového hospodaření a nižšího podílu hnojení dusíkem. - In 2004 - 2005, 7 different experimental locations were chosen in the Sumava Mountains area between 450 to 900 m. Three farms had dairy cows, 2 farms had beef cattle on pasture, and 2 farms had a combined beef and dairy herd. During summer, all cattle were grazing. Dairy cows were supplemented with concentrate and hay according to their milk production. During winter, the cattle on all farms were fed with silage. The pasture yield, botanic structure of grass, clover and other plants and the quality of animal product were monitored. Yield, botanic composition and chemical analyses of grass and herbage were measured in seven localities with different altitudes between 450 and 900 metres above sea level. We suggest that evaluation of pasture nutrients, yield can give valuable information that can improve the grazing management.
