| - Obilniny, výnos z nich je větší ovlivněný dobrým výběrem odrůdy, patří k nejdůležitějším úrodám v ekologickém zemědělství, rostoucích na orné půdě. Nejdříve byla provedena dotazníková studie mezi ekologickými farmáři v roce 2006 k získání informací obsahující výběr odrůdy, strukturu pěstování a výnos obilnin v České republice. Současné kultivary pšenice jsou pěstovány tak, aby byly vhodné pro intenzivní zemědělství. Nicméně ne všechny současné kultivary jsou vhodné pro ekologické zemědělství. Metodika testů vhodnosti kultivarů pro ekologické zemědělství byla vypracována a testována v roce 2006. Zvláště byly hodnoceny morfologické, biologické a zemědělské charakteristiky. Vybraný rakouský kultivar, který byl doporučen pro ekologický systém hospodaření a ... byl testován. Je obtížné dosáhnout dostatečného obsahu proteinu v zrnu v ekologickém systému hospodaření. Skutečnost, že obsah proteinu v krajových odrůdách pšenice je vyšší než byl potvrzen obsah proteinu v moderních šlechtitelských odrůdách. (cs)
- Cereals, the yield of which is strongly influenced by a well-selected variety, belong to the most important crops of organic farming, grown on arable land. At first a questionnaire study was executed among organic farmers in 2006 to gain information concerning the choice of variety, structure of growing, and yield of cereals in the Czech Republic. The actual cultivars of wheat are bred to be suitable for intensive farming. Therefore, not all the actual cultivars are suitable for organic farming. The methodology of tests of the suitability of cultivars for organic farming was elaborated and tested in 2006. Particular morphological, biological and agricultural features were evaluated. Selected Austrian cultivars, which were recommended for in organic farming system and breeded strains were tested. It is diffcult to achieve a sufficient protein content in grain in the organic farming system.
