| - Analyzovali jsme vliv genotypů a alel v nukleotidových pozicích 10433 a 10434 lokusu DGAT1 na plemenné hodnoty pro mléčnou užitkovost u holštýnských býků narozených v letech 1993 (n=66) a 1998-2001 (n=200). Rozdíly mezi plemennými hodnotami vykázaly v obou letech shodný trend. U mladších býků byly plemenné hodnoty pro obsah tuku o 0,42% vyšší u LL homozygotů ve srovnání s homozygoty AA (P<0.001), také plemenné hodnoty pro produkci tuku byly u LL homozygotů vyšší (DGAT1L / DGAT1L 29.6, DGAT1A / DGAT1A 15.9). Plemenné hodnoty pro obsah bílkovin byly vyšší u nositelů lysinové varianty (0.02) než u homozygotů v alaninu (-0.03, P<0.05), celková produkce byla však vyšší u homozygotů AA (DGAT1K / DGAT1K 10.9, DGAT1A / DGAT1A 25.0, P<0.001). V důsledku vysoké váhy bílkovin v selekčním indexu dosahovala relativní plemenná hodnota 110 u homozygotů AA a 104 u genotypu LL. Ze srovnání starých a mladých býků vidíme, že se mění genetické pozadí na němž probíhá hodnocení DGAT1. Selekce podle plemenných ho (cs)
- The effect of genotypes and alleles at nucleotide positions 10433 and 10434 of the DGAT1 gene on the breeding values for milk performance of German Holstein sires born in 1993 (n = 66), and in 1998-2001 (n = 200) was analyzed. The differences in breeding values had in both years the same trend. In the younger sires, the breeding value for fat percentage was higher by 0.42% in the Lysine homozygotes compared to the Alanine homozygotes (P<0.001), and the fat yield breeding value was higher in the Lysine sires (DGAT1K / DGAT1K 29.6, DGAT1A / DGAT1A 15.9). The breeding value for the protein percentage was higher in the sires carrying the Lysine variant (0.02) than in the Alanine homozygotes (-0.03, P<0.05), and the protein yield was higher in the Alanine homozygotes (DGAT1K / DGAT1K 10.9, DGAT1A / DGAT1A 25.0, P<0.001). Because of the high emphasis of the index on protein yield, the relative breeding value for milk was 110 among Alanine among Alanine homozygotes, and 104 among Lysine. Comparing
