| - Práce přináší aktuální informace o obsahu jodu v mléčné surovině v České republice. Metodou Sandell-Kolthoffa byl v roce 2005 stanoven jod ve 169 vzorcích mléka získaných z transportních cisteren o objemu 11-13 tisíc litrů svážející mléko k mlékárenskému zpracování ze 14 oblastí jihozápadních Čech. Průměrný obsah jodu ve vzorcích byl 442.5+/-185.6 amp;#956;g . l-1, minimum 68.6 a maximum 1006.6 amp;#956;g . l-1. 81.7% vzorků obsahovalo více než 250 amp;#956;g I . l-1. Průměrný obsah jodu v mléce z jednotlivých svozných oblastí byl od 230,2 +/- 133,0 µg.l-1 do 702,7 +/- 166,2 µg.l-1. V 5 svozných oblastech (tj. 35,7 %) byly průměry vyšší než 500 µg I.l-1. Uvedené hodnoty svědčí o pokračující tendenci nárůstu obsahu jodu v syrovém kravském mléce, ale i o přetrvávajících lokálních a regionálních rozdílech. Vyšší průměrné hodnoty byly zjištěny v období zimních krmných dávek (duben 495,9 +/-50,8 l-1) a říjen 494.3 +/- 176.4 µg I.l-1). (cs)
- The paper presents the latest information on iodine content in raw milk in the Czech Republic. In 2005 iodine was determined by Sandell-Kolthoff method in 169 milk samples taken from transportation tanks of the capacity 11 000 - 13 000 litres collecting milk for dairy processing from 14 areas of South-western Bohemia. The average iodine content in milk samples was 442.5 +/- 185.6 µg . l-1, minimum and maximum value was 68.6 and 1 000.6 µg . l-1. 81.7% of the samples contained more than 250 µg I.l-1. The average iodine content in milk from the collecting areas ranged from 230.2 +/- 133.0 µg.l-1 to 702.7 +/- 166.2 µg.l-1.In five collecting areas (i.e. 35.7%) the means were higher than 500 µg.l-1. These values document the continuing trend of an increase in iodine content in raw cow's milk as well as permanent local and regional differences. Higher mean values were determined in the period of winter feed rations(April 495.9 +/-50.8 and October 494.3 +/-176.4 µg I.l-1).
