  • Průměrná koncentrace jodu v mléce 380,0+/-306,0 ug I.l-1 a variační rozpětí od 4,3 do 1471,0 ugI.l-1 souvisí s rozdílnou úrovení saturce krav jodem ve sledovaných farmách. Průměrný obsah molybdenu 3,0+/-6,6 ug Mo.l-1 v litru mléka odráží standardní úroveň jeho metabolizmu u dojených krav. Průměrný obsah selenu 35,0+/-6,6 ug Mo.l-1 a rozmezí hodnot od 4,1-24,5 ug Se.l-1 nedosahovaly optimální hladiny a odpovídají nedostatku selenu ve sledovaných regionech ČR a potřebu kontinuální suplementace dojených krav selenem. Obsah zinku charakterizuje průměrná hodnota 4660+/-590,0 ug Zn.l-1, rozmezí 2070-5920 ug Zn.l-1 a průměrný obsah manganu 20,4+/-19,2 ug Mn.l-1 a variační rozmezí 5,0-65,7 ug Mn.l-1. (cs)
