Description
  • As far as the soil richness and the creation of humus acids as well as from the point of view of sufficient energy supply to soil microorganisms, decomposable carbon Cdec is of great importance. This carbon has about 15 times higher value than %22active%22 carbon Chws determined in soils leached with hot water. We have suggested to amend the datum on Chws by assigning a speed constant k1 of mineralisation of the decomposable part of organic matter and calculated from the data obtained by measuring biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of soil suspensions using the system Oxi Top Control produced by WTW Merck. This work presents the results obtained from the equally fertilized sand-clay cambisoil in the variant with natural turf and in the variant arable soil with repeated circulation of winter wheat. The turf variant contains less organic matter than the arable soil, it contains more Chws though. The instability of decomposable part of soil organic matter is higher in the turf variant.

  • Z hlediska půdní úrodnosti a tvorby humusových kyselin i z hlediska zajištění dostatku energie pro půdní mikroorganismy má značný význam rozložitelný uhlík Cdec, který má zhruba 15x vyšší hodnotu než %22aktivní%22 uhlík Chws, stanovený ve výluzích půd horkou vodou. Navrhli jsme doplnit údaj o Chws ještě stanovením rychlostní konstanty k1 mineralizace rozložitelné části půdní organické hmoty, vypočítané z údajů měření biochemické spotřeby kyslíku (BOD = %22biochemical oxygen demand%22) půdních suspenzí systémem Oxi Top Control firmy WTW Merck. V práci jsou uvedeny výsledky, získané na stejně hnojené kambizemi písčitohlinité ve variantě s přirozeným travním drnem a ve variantě orné půdy s opakovaným pěstováním pšenice ozimé. Varianta zatravněná má méně organických látek než je v orné půdě s pšenicí, má však více Chws. Labilita rozložitelné části půdních organických látek je v zatravněné variantě vyšší. (cs)
