| - In the years 2000 - 2004 it were evaluated the nutrient consumption of perennial grass legume mixtures (N, P, K, Ca, Mg a Na) in the relationships to experimental study of ground water quality of temporary grasslands at submountain region of Šumava mountains. The nutrient consumption were evaluated in relation to nutrient percolation at soil and to ground water preservation. The statistical significant influence to nutrient consumption of temporary grass legume mixtures with Trifolum pratense L., showed used species and cultivars, nitrogen fertilization, years and age of growths. The most of veryfied mixtures produced yearly more than 200 kg N.ha-1, but mixtures with Lolium perenne L., cv. Lonar and Algol had lower yield of nutrients. This varieties can be used better at pasture mixtures. For the perennial grass-legume mixtures it can be recommended with taking account of nutrient yield the Dactylis glomerata L., cv. Zora, Phleum pratense L., cv. Sobol and Dactylis aschersoniana Graeb., cv. Tos
