  • The effect of soil or foliage fertilization with various doses of ionic or elementary sulphur on crude oil content obtained from spring rapeseeds of %22Star%22 variety and on the content of essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFA) (myristoleic (C14:1), palmitoleic (C16:1), oleic (C18:1), linoleic (C18:2), eicosenoic (C20:1)) and saturated fatty acids (SFA) (palmitic (C16:0) and stearic (C18:0)) in the %22Star%22 spring rapeseeds has been determined. It was found that fertilization with sulphur sligtly decreasedthe oil content in the seeds, irrespective of the form (ionic or elementary) and the method of sulphur application (soil or foliage fertilization). However, it stimulated the total increase in EFA and a decrease in saturated fatty acids content in the o btained oil. The highest total increase in EFA and, at the same time, decrease in SFA content were obtained after applying foliage sulphur fertilization in elementary form.   • Byl posuzován vliv půdního nebo listového hnojení s různými dávkami iontové, nebo elemntární síry na obsah oleje získaného ze semen jarní řepky odrůdy %22Star%22. V olejích byl dále posuzován obsah esenciálních nenasycených mastných kyselin (EFA) (myristoolejové (C14:1), palmitoolejové (C16:1), olejové (C18:1), linolové (C18:2), eikosenové (C20:1) a nasycených mastných kyselin (SFA) palmitové (C16:0) a stearové (C18:0). Bylo zjištěno, že hnojení sírou postupně snižovalo obsah oleje v semenech nezávisle na formě hnojení (iontově vázanou, nebo elementární sírou) a metodě aplikace (hnojení do půdy nebo foliární). Naopak celkově zvýšilo obsah nenasycených mastných kyselin (EFA) a snížilo obsah nasycených mastných kyselin. Celkové zvýšení EFA a ve stejnémčase snížení SFA byla zjištěna po aplikaci listové výživy se sírou v elementární formě.
