Description	In the years 1998-2002 it was studied the possibilities of suitable management and applying of permanent grassland (association Lolio.Cynosuretum Tx. 1937) by beef cattle grazing at the development of the biological landscape balance in submountain region of the Bohemian Forest (Kaplice, 650 m a.s.l.). At these paper are presented the results of the studium of the different frequency of grazing and fertilisation affecting to their biodiversity and the underground water contamination with nitrates. Fromthis wiewpoints shows as a best grazing at 3-4 pasture cycles per year and even with fertilisation in dose 100 N/ha +PK, (50-150 kg N/ha, respectively).
