Description	Effect on Strongylidae and Trichonematidae of the Ivomec and the homeopathic preparation PVB was compared in two groups of six mares and one mare. In mare's feces was analysed the number of small and big Strongylidaes by the coprological method. Resulting from these examinations we can state that the antihelmintic effect of both the Ivomec and the homeopathic preparation PVB - produced by company Boiron was identical. It is more advantageous to use mentioned homeopathics if we consider load of animal body and environment with residues and economy of treatment. (en) Die Wirksamkeit des allopathischen Präparates Ivomec und des homöopathischen Präparates PVB - verminouser Zustand auf die großen und kleinen Strongyliden wurde bei zwei Stutengruppen mit jeweils sechs Stuten und einer Kontrollstute verglichen. Der Kot der Stuten wurde koprologisch nach Zahl der kleinen und großen Strongyliden analysiert. Aufgrund der Ergebnisse kann man sagen, daß die antihelminthische Wirksamkeit der allopathischen und homöopathischen Präparate vergleichbar ist, was die Tiefe und Zeitlänge der Wirkung anbelangt. Aus Sicht der Rückstandsbelastung für Organismus und Umwelt sind die homöopathischen Mittel deutlich freundlicher. U dvou skupin po šesti klisnách byla porovnávána účinnost alopatického léku Ivomec a homeopatického přípravku %22PVB - verminózní stavy%22 na velké a malé strongylidy. Kontrola byla prováděna koprologickými rozbory trusu.
