| - This monograph is focused comprihensively on the problems of the origin, development and formation of the České Budějovice Dioceses, its territorial organisation, administration (from the central level to the administrative periphery) as well as its consistory office. A special chapter is concentrated on the office activities and its written documents, not only from the central but from the middle and basic administrative level, on their development during the period 1785-1813. Into acount are taken even the standards governing the office production including the forms collections. The attention is focused on the clerks of the consistory and office, their administrative practice and their activities, works and duties, social situation and financial securtity. A part of book is the study focused on the clergy working from 1785 to 1813 on the territory of the České Budějovice Dioceses. This part notes not only the overall statistical summary of clergy but a lot of special aspects of its life, as local and social origin, ethnicity and language preferences, education, age, health, kinship relations etc. The last part describes the typical and atypical careers of the clergymen and the way of personnel management of the diocese by the episcopal consistory in České Budějovice. - Probleme der Entstehung, Konstituierung und Entwicklung der Diözese Budweis, ihrer territorialen Organisation und Verwaltung (vom Zentrum bis zur Verwaltungs-Peripherie), so wie ihrer Konsistorialkanzlei. Das besondere Kapitel ist der Entwicklung der Aktivitäten der Kanzlei und seines Schriftguts in den Jahren 1785-1813 gewidmet, nicht nur auf der zentralen Ebene, sondern auch auf der mittleren Ebene und der Grundebene der kirchlichen Verwaltung. Sie werden auch die Normen berücksichtigt, die sie geregelt haben, einschliesslich der Formelbücher. Die Aufmerksamkeit wird auch auf das Beamtentum des Konsistoriums und der Kanzlei konzentriert, auf ihre praktischen Verwaltungs- und Kanzleitätigkeiten, Arbeiten, Pflichten, auf ihren sozialen Status und ihre Finanzversicherung. Der zweite Teil des Buches stellt eine Sonderstudie dar, die der in den Jahren 1785-1813 in Diözese Budweis wirkenden Geistlichkeit gewidmet ist.
