| - Requirements of the All-State Radiation Monitoring Network in the Czech Republic have been established by Regulation No. 319/2002 Sb, and its function and organization are described in Regulation No. 27/2006 Sb. The All-State Radiation Monitoring Network in the Czech Republic consists of two components - permanent monitoring and emergency monitoring. The activity of the whole network is provided by the State Office for Nuclear Safety. The selected central authorities of the state administration participate in operation and providing of particular components. There are two different modes of the operation of these components: normal and accidental, and the modes of operation are controlled by the State Office for Nuclear Safety. The activity of whole network is focused on continuous monitoring of the radiation situation in the Czech Republic and on early detection of radiation accidents in and around the country as well as beyond it. - Požadavky na funkci a organizaci celostátní radiační monitorovací sítě České republiky stanoví vyhláška č. 319/2002 Sb., o funkci a organizaci celostátní monitorovací sítě ve znění vyhlášky č. 27/2006 Sb.. Celostátní radiační monitorovací síť České republiky se skládá ze dvou složek - stálé a pohotovostní. Činnost celé sítě zajišťuje Státní úřad pro jadernou bezpečnost (SÚJB) a na chodu a zabezpečení jednotlivých složek se podílí vybrané ústřední orgány státní správy. Tyto složky mohou pracovat ve dvou různých režimech - normálním a havarijním. Přechod složek radiační monitorovací sítě z normálního do havarijního režimu a naopak řídí Státní úřad pro jadernou bezpečnost. Činnost celé sítě je zaměřena na kontinuální monitoring radiační situace na území České republiky, na včasné zjištění radiační havárie na jejím území i mimo něj a na získání informací, na jejichž podkladě budou přijata neodkladná a následná ochranná opatření.
