  • Článek poskytuje ukázku vlivu mikrostruktury na optické vlastnosti tenkých vrstev transparentních vodivých oxidů (ZnO:Al). Tyto materiály jsou vhodné pro fotovoltaické aplikace díky příhodné kombinaci optických a elektrických vlastností. Tyto vrstvy (ZnO:Al) byly deponovány na skleněné substráty vysokofrekvenčním magnetronovým naprašováním. Zejména zde byly zkoumány nejdůležitější optické vlastnosti - tedy integrální transmitance, optická šířka zakázaného pásu a index lomu. (cs)
  • The paper deals with the influence of microstructure on optical properties of transparent conductive oxide (ZnO:Al) films as a material suitable for photovoltaic applications, which has to possess appropriate optical and electrical parameters for these purposes. The ZnO:Al thin films were prepared by rf magnetron sputtering onto the glass substrates. Mainly integral transmittance, optical band-gap and refractive index were studied.
