  • Zirkoniové slitiny jsou používány jako obalový materiál palivových tyčí v atomovém reaktoru hlavně pro své mechanické vlastnosti. Jejich charakterizace po dlouhodobé oxidaci v podmínkách reaktoru je intenzivně zkoumána. Pro spolehlivý provoz je nutné znát tyto charakteristiky po dlouhodobé oxidaci a také po vysokoteplotní oxidaci. Článek publikuje výsledky nových měření oxidace zirkoniových slitin závislých na podmínkách a době oxidace. Porovnává výsledky obsahu kyslíku v měřeném materiálu s mikrotvrdostí zjišťovanou pomocí nanoindentoru. Jsou diskutovány korelace mezi výsledky. (cs)
  • Zirconium alloys are used as cladding material for atomic fuel in nuclear reactors either for its mechanical properties. Their characteristics after long time oxidation in work-load conditions in reactor are intensively investigated. For fail-safety tolerance is necessary to know mechanical characteristics after long time running and successive high temperature oxidation. The article shows results of new measurements of oxidation of zirconium alloys which depend on oxidation conditions and duration. It compares oxide volume in measured material with hardness of the material investigated with nanoindentation method. Correlation between oxide volume and micro-hardness is discussed.
