  • Předkládaná práce se zabývá problémem stacionárního proudění krve různými idealizovanými modely bypassu v závislosti na několika geometrických a tokových parametrech. Změny v hemodynamice jsou sledovány s ohledem na výskyt intimální hyperplasie na distální anastomóze, která je uváděna jako hlavní příčina pro pozdější selhání bypassových štěpů. Všechny numerické simulace byly realizovány vlastním výpočetním softwarem založeným na metodě konečných objemů. (cs)
  • The presented study introduces the problem of steady blood flow through various idealized bypass models in dependence on several geometrical and flow parameters. The changes in hemodynamics are observed with regard to the occurrence of intimal hyperplasia at the distal anastomosis, which is known to be the main reason for late bypass failure. All numerical simulations were performed using the own developed computational software based on the finite volume method.
