Description
  • The problem of steady laminar flow of an incompressible Newtonian fluid through an idealized 2-D bypass model with a stenosed coronary artery is solved using the finite volume approach of the MacCormack and Runge-Kutta schemes. The bypass model includes proximal and distal parts of the artery together with end-to-side graft. The changes of hemodynamics are investigated with three different junction angles between the graft and the artery. The velocity and wall shear stress distributions obtained using both numerical schemes for all three cases are analyzed and compared with each other.

  • Problém stacionárního laminárního proudění nestlačitelné newtonské kapaliny idealizovaným 2-D modelem bypassu se zúženou koronární artérií je řešen pomocí MacCormackova a Runge-Kuttova schématu. Obě schémata jsou formulována ve smyslu metody konečných objemů. Model bypassu se skládá z proximální a distální části artérie společně s připojeným bypassovým štěpem. Změny hemodynamiky jsou zkoumány při třech různých úhlech napojení mezi bypassovým štěpem a artérií. Rozložení rychlosti v celé výpočtové oblasti a smykové napětí na stěně bypassu získaná z obou numerických schémat jsou vyhodnocena a vzájemně porovnána pro všechny tři p (cs)
