  • Cílem práce bylo odhadnutí deformační energie vzorku živé tkáně za účelem získání aproximativního vzorce pro Youngův modul elasticity. Tento vzorec zahrnuje netriviální složku, která nemůže být získána jednoduchou homogenizací elastických vlastností tkáně. Tato složka je důležitá pro vysvětlení controly efektivní tuhosti během stimulace hladké svalové tkáně. Práce dále ukazuje experimentální data. (cs)
  • We estimate the deformation energy of living tissue sample to obtain an approximate formula for its Young´s modulus. It includes a nontrivial term that cannot be obtained by a simple homogenization of elastic properties. We show its importance in explaining the effective stiffnes control during the smooth muscle stimulation and present some experimental data.
