Description	Expert software for optimization of electric drives of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in nuclear power plants consists of two comprehensive tools - MVD Pump Save 2014 and MVD Fan Save 2014. This set of tools is used for qualified design, comparison and energy or power consumption evaluation of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. It integrates modules for comprehensive assessment of case studies - from hydraulic and/or pneumatic part including pump and/or fan including wide portfolio of flow control techniques over part dealing with drive to power supply network. The tool integrates functions for in-detail technical and economical evaluation of variant solutions. The latest versions of software tools - 2014 - have been optimized for solution of typical applications in nuclear power plants. It has been also updated and verified mathematical models of drives. Directly in the software tool are integrated default typical case studies of applications in nuclear power plants.
