  • The paper deals with pumping of small amounts of molten metals based on the magnetohydrodynamic effect, where the magnetic field is generated by a system ofappropriately arranged permanent magnets. Investigated is particularly the pumping lead of the device as a functionof its geometry and field quantities. The theoretical analysis is illustrated on an example whose results are discussed.

  • Přispěvek se zabývá čerpáním malého množství roztavených kovů založeným nam magnetohydrodynamickém efektu, kde magnetické pole je generováno soustavou vhodně uspořádaných permanentních magnetů. Zejména je zkoumáno čerpání olova zařízením a funkcí jeho geometrie a kvality pole. Teoretická analýza je ilustrována na příkladu jehož výsledky jsou diskutovány. (cs)
