Description	The paper deals with usage of simulation in the area of process and manufacturing systems rationalization with demand on costs. There are briefly described examples of practical application of computer simulation and characteristic of software tools, which were used for reference models creation. In the document there are shortly described obtained results from experimental simulation runs. Due to analysis of obtained results were defined three groups of process performance indicators according possibility to enumerate them by the result. At the end of the paper is briefly described application of simulation and its possibilities on real project.
