| - Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou digitální výroby v průmyslových podnicích. Jsou zde zachyceny hlavní přínosy v oblasti časů, nákladů, kvality a flexibility. V současné době existují na trhu dva softwary, které se zabývají touto problematikou. V tomto příspěvku je větší pozornost věnována systému DELMIA. Blíže jsou zde popsány některé moduly systému, se kterým jsme již pracovali a ve kterých spatřujeme největší přínos. Jeden z modulů se nazývá DELMIA Process Engineer. Jeho přínosy jsou zejména v přehledném plánování hlavních komponent výrobních systémů, kterými jsou produkty, procesy a zdroje (PPR jádro). PPR jádro je hlavní páteří systému. J (cs)
- This paper deals with digital manufacturing problematic in industrial companies. The main benefits from time, costs, quality and flexibility area are mentioned here using software products for this area. In current time there are only two representatives of this wide topic on the market. In more details there are described some modules of DELMIA system in which we see the main contribution and have already worked with. One of the modules is called DELMIA Process Engineer. Its benefit is mainly in transparent planning of the main components of production systems which are products, processes and resources (PPR-Hub). The PPR-Hub is the main backbone of the system. With its help numerous of material and cost calculations, ergonomic and time analyzes and 3D layouts are made. Great advantage is overall manufacturing check in virtual world which saves costs. Considerable contributions are reached after connection with simulation module QUEST where virtual run of production is verified.
