Description	Nowadays one of the important issues of the agency CzechInvest in the Czech Republic is cluster building. Many cluster initiatives and real clusters have developed and are still developing all over our country. Clusters during their development and functioning face many various problems concerning e.g. with production, retail, human resource management or logistics. On the basis of the project „Information and communication system for building and managing of virtual firms” which is the part of the programme called “Information society” under the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic we also solve one of the most primary activities such as logistics. Logistics is a powerful tool for cluster competitiveness. Conclusions of the research of supplier selection in the network of companies are the critical points of this paper. (en) Jedním z důležitých úkolů agentury CzechInvest v České republice je tvorba klastrů. V naší republice vzniklo a stále se rozvíjí mnoho klastrových iniciativ a skutečných klastrů. Klastry v průběhu svého vývoje a fungování čelí celé řadě problémů, které souvisejí s výrobou, obchodem, lidskými zdroji nebo logistikou. Na základě projektu „Informační a komunikační systém pro vytváření a řízení virtuálních firem“, který je součástí programu AVČR „Informační společnost“ je řešena jedna z primárních aktivit klastru, kterou je logistika.
