| - The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Charolais (CH), Blonde d´Aquitaine (BA), Aberdeen Angus (AA), Limousine (Li), Simmental (Si), Piemontese (Pi), Hereford sires on numbers and quality of embryos after superovulatory treatments and on their survival after transfer. Further, we focused on the conception rate (CR) after transfer of fresh or frozen embryos. There was found a significant difference in the CR after embryo transfer. Highly significant differencies in the sires effect on CR were found between He and CH, Pi sires (p<0.01) and between AA and BA (p<0.01). Anyway, the above-average CR (63.43 %) was found at SM sires. As concerned to recipients, the lowest value of the conception was analyzed after insemination with BA (32.46%). Sires affect the average total number of the flashed embryos obtained from donors (from 6.60 +- 6.17 for BA to 17.16 +- 6.66 for CH).

- Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit vliv otce embrya na zisk a kvalitu embryí po superovulačním ošetření a zabřezávání příjemkyní po přenosu čerstvých a rozmrazených embryí. Velké rozdíly v zabřezávání příjemkyní byly zjištěny po přenosu embryí od otců plemene Hereford, Charolais a Piemontese (p<0.01) a mezi otci plemene Aberdeen Angus a Blonde d´Aquitaine (p<0.01). U plemeníků plemene Simental bylo nalezeno nadprůměrné zabřezávání příjemkyní(63,43 %). Nejnižší hodnota zabřezávání byla zaznamenána u plemeníků Blonde d´Aquitaine (32.46%). Průměrné počty získaných embryí od dárkyní připařovaných plemeníky vybraných plemen byly variabilní (od 6,60 +- 6,17 u plemene Blond´Aquitaine do 17,16 +- 6,66 u plemene Charolais. (cs)
