| - Cílem pokusu bylo stanovit vliv fytoestrogenních látek, obsažených v extrudované soji, na aktivitu pohlavních hormonů (progesteronu a PGFM) u laktujících dojnic. V pokusu byly použity čtyři holštýnské laktující dojnice. Pokusná skupina zvířat přijímala extrudovanou soju (S), kontrolní skupina dojnic přijímala extrudované řepkové pokrutiny (R). Pokus byl rozdělen na dvě periody, které zahrnovaly 4 říjové cykly. V krvi byla měřena aktivita pohlavních hormonů, progesteronu a PGFM. Příjem sušiny krmiva byl neprůkazně vyšší u dojnic krmených KD obsahující extrudované řepkové pokrutiny (P>0,05) ve srovnání se skupinou, která přijímala extrudovanou soju. Průměrná mléčná užitkovost byla 21,96 kg ve skupině R a 22,31 kg ve skupině S (P>0,05). Koncentrace progesteronu v krevní plazmě byla 5,58 vs. 7,40 nmol/l ve skupině R v porovnání se skupinou S. Koncentrace PGFM v krevní plazmě dosáhla celkové hodnoty 0,051 ng/ml ve skupině R a 0,086 ng/ml ve skupině S. (cs)
- The aim of this experiment was to determine the effect of phytoestrogens contained in extruded soya on the activity of sex hormones (progesterone and PGFM) in lactating dairy cows. Four Holstein dairy cows were used in the experiment. The experimental group of animal was fed a diet based on extruded soya (S), the control group of animal was fed a diet based on extruded rape-cake (R). The experiment was divided into 2 periods containing four oestrous cycles. The activity of sex hormones in blood samples of dairy cows, progesterone and PGFM, were analysed. The DM intake was nonsignificantly higher (P>0.05) for cows receiving extruded rapecake in comparison to the group receiving extruded soya. The average milk yield was 21.96 kg in the group R and 22.31 kg in the S group (P>0.05). Mean concentrations of progesterone and PGFM in R vs. S group were 5.58 vs. 7.40 nmol/l, and 0.051 vs. 0.086 ng/ml, respectively.
