Description
  • The virulence of a broad set of 166 Fusarium solani isolates coming from the pea damaged plants of the Czech Republic area was evaluated. Based on the ability of phytotoxic naphtarazin production (DHF – dihydrofusarubin) the only two isolates from this set (marked as FS VG and FS We) corresponded with the F. sp. pisi characteristics. Eligibility and effectiveness of two testing methods based on seed soaking in inoculum have been evaluated and utilization possibilities of two inoculating mixtures of different species (F. solani f. sp. pisi + F. oxysporum f. sp. pisi, races 1 a 2) and mixture of two different virulent isolates as well. A broad screening test via efficient testing method and the most virulent isolate FS WG dale v textu je VG? using detected semileafless types of field peas and garden peas has been caried out in order to find out pea genotypes with higher level of tolerance to F. solani f. sp. pisi.

  • Byl zhodnocen rozsáhlý soubor 166 izolátů Fusarium solani, získaných z napadených rostlin hrachu odebíraných na území ČR. Z uvedeného souboru pouze dva izoláty (označené FS VG a FS We) odpovídaly charakteristice f. sp. pisi, na základě schopnosti produkce fytotoxického naftazarinu (DHF- dihydrofusarubinu). Byla ověřena vhodnost a efektivita 2 testačních metod máčení semen v inokulu a možnosti využití inokulačních směsí rozdílných druhů (F. solani f. sp. pisi + F. oxysporum f. sp. pisi rasy 1 a 2) a směsí rozdílně virulentních izolátů. Pro nalezení genotypů hrachu s vyšším stupněm odolnosti – tolerance proti houbě F. solani f. sp. pisi byl pomocí účinné testační metody a nejvirulentnějšího izolátu FS WG proveden rozsáhlý screeningový test vytypovaných souborů genotypů hrachu (semileafless typy polního hrachu a hrachu dřeňového).
