| Description
| - The effect of some factors on (soil tillage and straw treatment) the incidence of Pyrenophora teres on spring barley was determined in small plot experiments. The samples of grain were collected from both fungicide treated and untreated variants after the harvest and the level of some mycotoxins (deoxynivalenol, fumonisins, T-2 toxin and zearelenon) were determined by ELISA. The incidence of leaf spots caused by Pyrenophora teres was different on particular variants in all years. In the year 2004 variants treated with DAM were significantly less infected by this pathogen in comparison with untreated control and variants treated with Unifert. The influence of soil tillage was not proved in this year. On the contrary, in the year 2005 the influence of soil tillage was statistically significant, variants grown after reduced tillage were much more infected by P.teres. - Výskyt listových skvrnitostí způsobených Pyrenophora teres byl rozdílný u jednotlivých variant v obou sledovaných letech. V roce 2004 byla nejvíce napadena varianta s minimalizací, při které byla sláma ošetřena hnojivem Unifert, statisticky významně méně byla napadena varianta po klasickém zpracování půdy při které byl na slámu aplikován DAM. V roce 2005 bylo zjištěno nejvyšší napadení u varianty minimalizačního zpracování půdy s neošetřenou slámou, nejméně byla napadena varianta po orbě při které byla sláma ošetřena hnojivem Unifert. Z jednotlivých faktorů byly v roce 2004 v průměru statisticky významně méně napadeny varianty s ošetřením slámy hnojivem DAM ve srovnání s kontrolou a hnojivem Unifert, vliv zpracování půdy nebyl v tomto roce prokázán. Naopak v roce 2005 byly významněji napadeny varianty po minimalizačním zpracování půdy ve srovnání s orbou, rozdíly mezi ošetřeními slámy nebyly průkazné.
