  • Pomocí postupné selekce na nízký obsah glukosinolátů (GSL) a později na schopnost obnovovat fertilitu v F1 generaci po opylení sterilního CMS testera, se podařilo nalézt celkem linie obnovitele fertility s RfRf genem a dobrou kvalitou semene. Celkový počet testovaných linií na schopnost obnovy fertility byl 284. Z tohoto bylo vybráno 65 linií obnovitelů (22,89 %), kteří v F1 generaci restaurovali fertilitu nad 90 %, z toho 45 linií obnovitelů (15,84 %) mělo současně i obsah GSL v semeni pod 18 µmol/g semene. Podařilo se optimalizovat metodu molekulárního markerování Rf genu obnovy fertility s použitím SCAR markeru SG34. Kontrolní hodnocení na 50 náhodně vybraných rostlinách potvrdilo 100 % detekci dominantního Rf genu. Z důvodu problematickém odlišení homozygotního (RfRf) a heterozygotního (Rfrf) alelického páru nesoucího Rf gen, se však nadále uvažuje o využití klasické metody selekce obnovitelů pomocí kontroly fertility v F1 generaci v kombinaci s technikou molekulárního markerování.   • Restorer lines of Ogu-INRA hybrid system with RfRf gene and low glucosinolates content in seed were selected. On the begining selection of the restorer lines were carried out according to GSL content. Following selection was aimed at restoring ability in F1 generation after pollination of sterile CMS component. Total 284 restorer lines were tested according their restoring ability. The 65 restorer lines (i.e. 22.89 %) with restoring ability above 90 % were founded. The 45 restorer lines (i.e. 15.84 %) had also GSL content below 18 µmol/g seed. Molecular method using of SCAR marker SG34 was optimallized and successfuly used for markering of Rf restorer gene. Check test evaluation on 50 random selected restorer plants confirmed accuracy of detection dominant Rf gene using these molecular marker. Because of impossibility for recognize dominant homozygous and heterozygous forms of the Rf gene using of fertility restoring test according to fertile flowers in F1 generation in addition to molecular methods
